Q. Are you Insured?
A. The Reliable Handyman is insured, and bonded so that you can rest easy knowing that your home investment is well protected.

Q. How do I schedule a service appointment?
A. Give The Reliable Handyman a call. Your friendly customer service representative will help you schedule an appointment, and you can also choose to be put on a first-available list to be called if there is an opening before your scheduled appointment.

Q. How do you charge?
A. At The Reliable Handyman, we charge by the hour. This way our customers are charged only for the time that we actually work.

Q. Can I get an estimate for my job?
A. The smaller jobs that The Reliable Handyman specializes in do not lend themselves to estimates. If you give us a call, however, we can give you an idea of how long a job similar to yours would take. For larger jobs written estimates and contracts are required.

Q. How do I pay?
A. You can either pay by check or cash to the technician at the end of the job. Any project over $500.00 will require a 50% deposit with the balance due at the conclusion of the job.
